problem with fuel pump /wiring
 

I have a really aggrivating problem with my fuel pump not priming and I know that the fuel pump relay is good. But when I turn the key it doesn't prime I tested the pump and nothing came of that. I've tried everything someone please help

If this helps its a 91 hatch with stock fuel pump

ok, there is a fuel pump fuse, the EGI pump relay, wiring, plug inside hatch area, and then the pump and fuel level sending unit. test voltage to plug pins, should see 12v. if seeing 12v, check the wires soldered to the pump carriage that goes inside the tank. if all connections are good, probably need new pump.
