S15 fuse box harness mystery plug
 

Tearing apart a JDM s15 fuse box harness to condense down on unnecessary wires, relays, and fuses. Does anyone have any idea what this block is for? Is it a relay and if so, for what? It has 3 wires coming out of it, 2 grounds and 1 thick red/white wire. If anyone has any idea of what it is or if I actually need it that'd be awesome. :) Thanks!
