yanack ps rack bushings
 

I started putting my yanack ps rack bushings in this weekend and noticed that on the circle bushings. There is a yellow/clearish thin retangle rubber piece taped on the outside of both pieces of the round metal bushing. Does anyone know where they go or what to do with them that installed these before. And its for the s14 chassis the instructions are in Japanese and so is there number.
