Ka24DE Start Issue
 

Okay I have a 1990 Hatch with a 96 DE that I swapped into it.

With the DOHC ECU(s13) in and the key to on the light on the ECU does not come on and I dont get a fuel prime.

With my SOHC ECU in and the key on I get lights and fuel prime but no start. Just cranks.

Anybody know what the problem could be. I suspect the ECU is dead.
