S13 climate controls
 

I have an A/C climate control in my car that doesn't have A/C. And only numbers 1 and 2 work. I have a non A/C climate control but when it's all hooked up. All the numbers work, but it only blows through defrost even when I change settings. How can I use the non A/C climate control?
