2011 video game releases, what are you excited for this year?
 

DOOM 4 BRO. all i have to say. what has your pants tight in 2011?

edit: and MW3 of course. wish they'd just let Treyarch do it instead of a new team, Black Ops really won me over.

i guess i only like FPS's.

L.A. Noire is one, however, i'm hoping it's more captavating then red dead and gta...i.e. doesnt have that overwhelming/repetitiveness(sp) to it. they're hella fun at first, then it gets to be overwhelming and then it just gets super super redundant. and the story lines are blah. but all bullshit aside, Batman Arkham City. if you havent played the first one...i highly suggest you go pick the damn thing up for 20 bucks and start practicing for the sequel!

EDIT: oh i also forgot zombie island, could suck...could be amazing we'll have to wait and see. if likes a left4dead with a more engrossing storyline and doesn't get old after 10min i'll be happy.

Well I WAS excited for Portal 2... But that already came out. I'm excited for Forza 4 and Battlefield 3 (if that even comes out this year)

Mass Effect 3 (I hope not to get screwed on dlc like with the second one.) Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword, The new elder scrolls, MOW 3 are the only ones that come to mind at the moment.

same. although i would punch myself in the face if they let treyarch do MW3 and pretty much ruin the franchise. Black Ops was such a big let down, i can't believe people still play that crap.

there are tons of other games i'm sure i'll pick up, but i just can't think of all the names atm.

You can buy a ticket for all three days for 450 dollars provided you work for some kind of industry involved in gaming. The opportunity for free tickets was out the window as of 4/25 and you had to have media credentials. gamespot, ign, etc to qualify.

I probably could've used my credentials for the free tickets but it was kinda shady since I don't work for CBS Interactive, just corporate. But I can buy normal tickets no problem.

It's not open to the public, never has been.

1st day is normally the best day to go, you get so much free shit, last day less handouts but more time with the games and stuff on display. I hope to go at least one day this year using a friends pass and I'll also hope they have mass effect 3 on pc playable.

And Battlefield 3 playable. My pc is ready to rape battlefield.
