NEO RB25 89 240sx (need some help)

Not running and went to find my consult plug but idk where the hell it is. This picture is of the drivers side bottom left near the clutch pedal. Does anyone see it or know where the hell it is, or if there is a good chance I don't have one and would need to wire one in myself.
