Iat sensor stuck at same temperature.
 

My iat is stuck at -40 degrees, it is a two wire iat, with a grey plug. cel for the iat has been on for the past 2 yrs and emissions are coming up soon, cant pass unless it's fixed. Brand new engine wiring harness, 5 point ground kit. Swapped out ECU's and problem continues, currently a stock a/t ka24de s14. Also has egr delete, not sure if its linked up to anything else in a circuit some way(unused plugs).Tried different iat's from new, to some from the junkyard and all of them are the same way. What am I missing?

How u gonna pass emissions with egr deleted?

I hid all the extra wiring. The car runs very clean too, it's just the cel that makes me not pass.

Cel will come on for no egr aswell...


But id pull-out the multimeter and start proben the harness... voltage in and voltage out

I have tested for a voltage and have no voltage coming from the harness connector, I tested the other terminal on the harness connector for continuity and that was a success. So now it's just figuring out my voltage problem.
