350z HR VS. 370Z exhaust Y-pipe question

Looking to add on a OEM y-pipe from either one on my M35. It's a direct fit, but I'm wondering if anyone knows if they are different in piping diameter from a 350z HR and a 370z? Did they just use the same oem piece without any changes? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It appears to be the same actually. Same part numbers. I was just reading somewhere that a couple people said they were different. Probably talking out of their ass I'm guessing
