Jdm S14 Knuckle/spindle fit usdm s14?

can I bolt jdm s14 full knuckles to my usdm s14?
I believe the front will. But the rear I'm not too sure because the axle spine count may be different .

100% same. fronts same, rears same. axles same.
only difference will be abs vs non-abs on the hubs

Us s chassis were built in japan so I doubt there would be any difference between the two.
