O2 sensor for s13 Sr20det

Can you guys help me out? Wanna swap out my o2 sensors but can?t find the one with the 6 pin connector .. see pics below

Lol 6pin sensor is a for a wideband gauge, the 3 pin is factory oem sensor

What was it plugged into...looks like the old style connector
