ls3/240sx swap questions
 

hey everyone new to this forum and have a few questions about a new project i started so i pick up a ls3 motor no tranny and i found a t56 trans link below

D&D Performance - BA10 Ford/Viper T-56 Elec. Speedometer

so question is will this tranny fit with the input 26 and outlet 30>>>???

anyone out they're knows? suppose to pick up tranny tommorow so i wanna know if it fits before i buy it!

no it will not. but an sr tranny will fit perfectly

Why not ask the retailer?
But anyway, it shouldn't. You could go to LS1tech also for help.
And at 4k, why not just pick up the TR6060 and still save money?

Even if the bell housings matched up, why on earth would anyone run an SR tranny with an LS of any kind?

No I wasn't getting t for 4k I found a dude selling for 1600$ use for 2000miles, but yah thanks for the input

You are better off just buying a t56 that was made for an ls3. Check LS1 tech, they pass through there for under what you are paying quite often
