Hey guys im trying to wire up my DOHC but the one i bought has some messed up looking wiring on the alternator, i was wondering if anyone has a diagram for this section, or knows if i need to replace it with an s13 dohc one. Thanks so much.

All DOHC alternators have the same plugs and wiring.

Well I was an idiot and gave the motor away to the guy that pulled it, but I did learn how easy motor swaps can be. This is why I am doing this one myself. So I do not have an extra "harness" from the alternator, I suppose I will go buy one from a junkyard since this one has had some cut wires :( Thank you for your help!
