I know this is more of a 240 fourm but I need some answers. Will the wheels fit my 1990 300zx TT?

you might need a spacer to keep the wheels from contacting your calipers, you cant really tell just from the specs and the pictures

Those offsets will not work well in the rear or front. Would require fender rolling and/or excessive negative camber in the rear and front.

they will fit with some spacer and fender rolling/pulling. not worth it for those rims

Ugly wheels don't fit.
