S14 Passenger Door Lock Issues (Not able to lock door from outside or inside)
 

Symptom/Troubleshooting steps:
1) When passenger door is unlocked, I am not able to use key from outside to lock the passenger door. With interior door panel off, the rods does nothing when using key to lock the door.

2) When passenger door is unlocked, I am not able to lock passenger door using passenger power door lock switch. When using switch, it will attempt to lock door but makes a whirring noise like it's binding up.

3) Only way to lock passenger door is to push the lock on the handle. Once locked, switch and key will unlock door just fine.

Any ideas of how to fix this or what I need to replace?
