Arghhh, work is blocking whatever we're looking at, is there a link or something?
|
its on youtube
most corps block youtube, ebay, myspace, etc even yahoo/msn/aol for email checking go home and read it. work at work. |
Fair nuff...
|
damn.. that shit is serious.
|
Guns are getting more concealable, kind of scary. I bet the government is going to keep guns such as those from getting to production. I wonder what law enforcements would do about it. They would probably have their guns drawn everywhere from paranoia if people started owning those.
|
Quote:
Until I got to this base, I had no idea how many people carried weapons. It seems every person I have talked to in my shop carries a gun on them when they go downtown... |
my guns not easy to conceal. Its got a macker 56mm scope hahaha
|
Am I the only one that thought of Robocop 2 when I saw this?
|
that was so raw, lol
|
please and thankyou
|
2 of my friends have AR15s... i likem alot! lol
|
lmao, "you go for a walk...and it gets nasty" wip out your transformer flashlight machine gun.
|
Wow that's dope as hell but scary at the same time. Has anyone seen the pistols that some manufacture is making that look like the toy guns that you can get at the grocery store???? Or the pistol holder that looks like a cup?????
|
I never knew getting the mail could be so dangerous.
|
That's tight. I'd want my kids playing with that thinking its a toy. Awesome.
|
Just what the world needs.......
|
i would rather carry around a bow w/ arrows, classier
|

ZOMG, it fits in your hand?!? wHaT? :bite: Machine pistols have been around since the '30s, at least. AFAIK, George "Baby Face" Nelson carried 1911s (in both .38 Super and .45ACP) converted to auto, with Cutts compensators on the front and Thompson vertical foregrips attached to the dust cover. That said, I just want to make my Carbon 15 TLR into an attachable mag gun, and I'd like to build another AR in either 6.8 or .308. I also would like to get a factory refurbished Sig P226 in .40 or maybe a new Glock 21/21SF for a better home defense gun. .223, 6.8 and .308 all have a bit too much penetration for my liking. |

a gun looks like a gun. that does not look like a gun. i think thats what he means |
see what a little creativity and alotta meth can do.... nah that things pretty cool. i better if you call them up and harass them and throw some cash their way you'll get one...
|
Anyone know where i can get 5.56X45mm Nato rounds or .223 for less than 40 cents a round.
|
www.usmc.mil
Free 5.56 for four years. The only other way you can get it that cheap is buying 500+ rounds from Cheaperthandirt.com or Cabelas or a few other website out there. If you want ammo cheap, you need to buy in bulk. In boxes of a thousand rounds or more is the best way to buy ammo. |
wtf, that is the most serious gun ive ever seen.
|
its a glock with a fancy body kit.
Who has cool guns? my handguns: .22LR smith and wesson revolver .22LR Ruger auto .380 auto Keltech P3AT Berretta m92fs .45 Springfield armory m1911a1 .45 Colt m1911a1 44 magnum smith and wesson and a Browning centennial 9mm. Its shiny never been fired I've got some rifles but I don't keep those at the apartment a few .22s a couple 30 06s a 30 30 a 270 a remington 12 gauge |

anyone have a walther g22? I'm thinking about picking one up. That or a gsg5....can't make up my mind.
|
Quote:
Get a GSG5. A set of HK mp5 push pins for disassembly and clean it every 300 rounds and it's great. There's also a ton of airsoft mp5 stuff that works. ar15.com has a good gsg5 section in the armory. |
anything you recommend with a little more stopping power?
|
Quote:
HAHA seriously if my walk in the park or taking out the trash gets hectic... :rl::rl: |
carry it if youre walking youre dog that would be against the law it has to be in youre pants hidden you just cant have it out in the open like that but police officers could proubly make good use of it eather way its pretty bad ass
|
im russian, i got connections to russian military weapon pile ups. haha. so this is nothing new or interesting.
I had seen and shot multiple variations of the AK and seen some rare and fired some rare guns..... |
Quote:
A guy who was a murderer, bank robber, and gang member is the best example you could use to normalize the idea of carrying around an automatic weapon in everyday life? |
Quote:
|
Maybe, but I don't want Johnny 'douchebag' Six pack coming into the local Blockbuster waving his automatic flashlight(not a sexual euphemism) in my face because he can't cope with late fees.
That's all I'm sayin' |
Quote:
I think your confused on laws |

And also where you plan on using it? Home or business protection? Hunting? pistols 9mm to practice or conceal carry (legally of course) .45 for stopping power for home protection revolvers .357 magnum can use .38 rounds too, never jams. .38 for carry Shotguns are amazing home defense. Just not as convenient. |
Wow liberals jumped in here fast, this gun isn't gonna make it out either way you look at it, magpul showed it quite some time and for this to make it into civilian hands it would have to have a 16 inch barrel at the shortest, unless you get one that is NFA from the factory, which in that case you have to pass extensive atf paperwork to get the go ahead.
With that said I don't care for it, has meh practicality unless your a james bond wanna be, and although glocks are great handguns I can't shoot them worth a damn. I carry a HK p2000sk everyday and there is a 1911 by my bed. I just ordered my FN SCAR last thursday so it should be at my local dealer when I get home on the 24th, paid 2240 OTD from a shop in florida on gunbroker. Hopefully gonna find a way to either cut the barrel or find a manufacturer that plans on making scar barrels I think CMMG is looking to get into that. If not no need to go the SBR route. |
I am curious to why people need to carry handguns to protect themselves from day to day transactions (unless for occupational/special reasons).
Guns are cool nonetheless. |
too bad it will never be sold to the public or law enforcement i could seriously use one of those in my profession.

Murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I was jacked for 20 bucks at knife point a few years back going back to my car after being out with friends for the night, that was one instance where I wish I had a gun but was too young at the time because things could have gone a lot worse. If you don't feel like carrying so be it but there are quite a few like myself that feel very strongly for that issue. I got my permit the first chance I could get it when I turned 21 and have been carrying every day since, except for when I was at school due to the law not allowing it. |
I WANT THIS

this just got added to my x-mas list |

Sacto 9-1-1: Boy, 16, shot and killed outside a south Sacramento apartment complex There's the one for today. You shouldn't ever think that the stuff you hear in the news can't happen to you. I don't know why they would design a fully auto shotgun for the military when you're not even supposed to shoot people with shotguns. They're only used for "breaching". |

i guess it's just pathetic that the human race has to carry around handguns in fear of getting attacked everyday of their lives. most altercation i've gotten into has involved feet and fists, and i guess i'm happy about that. i lived, they lived. you get in a fight, you dead. |

And, are you saying that the people who want to carry to protect themselves are pathetic or the people who make people feel as though they need to protect themselves? (Good guys or the bad guys) |

*Note: Policeman would only be good for stopping criminal activity. For the US at least, a high court (The Supreme one.) has ruled that the police have NO duty to protect and defend citizens. http://www.nytimes.com/2005/06/28/po.../28scotus.html Quote:

Ideally, disagreements are settled with words. Fighting is immature behavior, and anyone carrying a firearm should only use it if their life is threatened. |

good guys or the bad guys? how do you know who's the bad guys, and the bad guys just pretending to be good? NO need, we'll just give them all guns and let it all figure itself out in the end.:rl: EDIT I don't know why I questioned the need for civilians to walk around with firearms. It was a dumb questions. mrmephistopheles: words>fists>guns. Sometimes people get so heated that you just need to smash somethin'. Alcohol and drugs just promote violent behaviour. I'd rather people be curling their hand into a fist rather than over the grip of a pistol next time shit gets wild. |
Why you can't bring guns into bars.
|
Quote:
|
hahaha i knew it was going to come up that i'm from canada. Can't fight that argument I guess, different mentality.
Can't bring guns into bars ----> good. Well obviously you can't bring guns into bars/clubs. I wasn't referring to that. People drink alcohol outside of bars and clubs, y'know. |
Rules aren't the same here as there, same with rights. I'm barely an expert with mine, let alone Canada's.
Plus trying to convince someone that guns aren't bad for everyone is like trying to convince a gay guy that vagina's are better then wieners. Not gonna happen. |
Quote:
I don't think it's a great idea, personally, but at the same time, I can kinda understand the lack of restriction. Quote:
I heard of a news story on a major Canadian city where they walked around and opened people's front doors and went in, to see if anyone locked their doors. Nobody did, and every time someone was home (they only showed these instances), the residents greeted them with some confusion, no hostility. Americans are VERY territorial in that respect, and a stranger in your house unannounced = fight or flight reaction. Like you said - different mentality. |
Quote:
While it's true that a lot of people don't lock their doors (not me, however), Canada is far from the land of maple syrup and hugs. We still have home invasions, stabbings, gun fights during the day in open public, all of which is local to me. I can honestly say that it is to a great lesser extent than what the states has, or a lot more places in the world. Me myself, would not be confused if an intruder came into my house, I would grab the sharpest object in my house and take a stab at them. If I owned a gun, I would probably shoot them. I am not saying guns are bad. I like guns, guns are good, mmmmmmkay? I think you should be able to protect you and your properties, but to an extent. Walking around with a loaded firearm to me is almost like a preemptive strike |
Quote:
Essentially, as long as you jump through the appropriate bureaucratic hoops and meet all necessary requirements (like firearms training, background checks, paperwork, etc etc). The most important part of this is the training. Open carry is legal in almost every state here, which means that anyone permitted to OWN a pistol is permitted to carry it in public. This is potentially bad, since untrained persons are likely to react unpredictably. That could lead to conflict escalations, or other negative scenarios. Concealed carry permit holders are trained to avoid conflict as much as possible, and that if running away from a conflict can remove you from danger, to do so. I really like that idea. |

The sad truth is there are so many people that need psychiatric help nowadays and are just sick minded it's startling, if that means strapping on an extra couple pounds day to day to keep myself and those I am close to safe so be it. And to go back to what you or someone said about rather throwing a fist rather than have someone take a shot, I completely agree but I would rather not deal with the situation at all and instead unass the problem and let the other guy have the bigger ego, screw getting assault charges pressed on you. Quote:
Too much for me and I already try to keep my self pretty situationally aware, but open carry would make me feel like I have to have eyes in the back of my head. ETA: Quote:

"Production and importation of the original design GSG-5 ceased as of Oct, 8, 2009 with the signing of the agreement. The remaining inventory now in the USA can be sold by ATI, all distributors and dealers. ATI currently has GSG-5’s in stock. All sales of the GSG-5 by ATI must conclude by January 31, 2010. ATI will continue to service every firearm that it imports into the USA. " This years shot show is where ATI will reveal what they have to replace it. Now they're are two "gens" of the GSG5. You'll want the second gen. It has a better fix on the extraction plate. There are still plenty of GSG's for sale. A ton of airsoft parts fit it. |
In California, the conceal weapons permit is VERY strict.
There is alot of training and procedures in order to get one. It's not like some random dude, can just apply and obtain one. (they can for purchase, but not for carry) A lot people want conceal permit because they do not want to be a victim. |
hk mp7, i was really impressed of that gun

My round hit the ground before going through the can. Thought it was a neato picture. Steel bullets ftw. |
This thread reminds me. Its almost time for our annual new years shooting again.
|
yo is this sum gun thread?
there are four guns i want in my life: -Springfield Armory XD 9mm (general purpose handgun) -Walther P22 (cheap plinking and it doesn't look like an alien space laser) -ak-47 (cheap plinking on my uncle's land, or my other uncle's farm, or my buddy's grandpa's farm, or my roommate's uncle's farm, blah blah farm blah land blah middle america blah blah blah) -Mossberg 500 (home protection, not that it's necessary, and skeet shooting) probably going to pick up the shotgun first, this coming spring. did a LOT of shooting over the summer with my uncle's auto shotgun, and it was really fun. last time we shot, we were throwing skeet into his neighbor's corn field on the day before deer season. he doesn't like his neighbor and was trying to scare off the deer. |
I'd get the Rem 870 over the the Mossberg. The action just feels a lot nicer.
|
sure (i don't know), but the Mossberg is 200 bucks. what's retail on the 870?
|
Just under 300 i think. I guess it's hard to beat the mossberg for the money.
|
fuck guns! their too dangerous....
this is what Im getting http://hackedgadgets.com/wp-content/...band_gun_2.jpg |
you gotta wear the leather though
