S13 headlights don't go down?
 

Motors are working (tested them), lights go up with switch (dash) but not down, changed the switch (dash) but that didn't help..any ideas? Thanks

Try cleaning/ repairing the headlight/turn signal stalk switch or replace it entirely. Could also be a relay issue. There are three relays in the drivers side of the engine bay behind the headlight. Search google for your problem, there have been may threads on many sites detailing this issue.

Still could be the motors. Mine did exactly that - up but not down, and it was a bad motor.

did clean and replace headlight/turn signal switch, still not working, motors do work when wired directly to battery, will look into relays...thanks

Your problem is the motors.

do you have sleepy eye mod with a switch installed?
if yes - check cables connections at the switch or just connect the two wires there
