Let's face it, not all of us in any one area know all of the others of us around us.
Sometimes we see another S/Z-Chassis driver and, whether or not the car is modified, suspect that they may be a member here. Sometimes, it is further left to inference that we have been chatting with someone we've likely seen around without knowing it.
We've all seen "spotted" threads. I have decided, much in the interest of streamlining things, to stick a thread at the top every section to allow people to question and receive an answer as to whom it was you've just seen.
Try to be as informative as you can, describing the driver and their car, including anything that make it stand out, such as wheels/paint/aero/etc... If you can snare a picture, that would be golden, but not all of us carry our cameras EVERY time we leave the house. Yes, even camera phone pictures help, and I know that not everyone has a phone with a 2MP camera like I do, so we know that some will not be that great quality.
Do not bump your request, just know that if no one answers then then no one knows.
Name SPECIFICALLY date time and location (city and state) where you saw the car/driver, this increases the chance that THAT user will see, even if they did not see you.
"Kid Zelda" is NOT to be the answer to any of the requests unless it was, in fact, Kid Zelda that you saw. Only OG members understand that joke and most of us only find it marginally funny anymore.

saw a red sil-80 in the woodfield mall in Schaumburg parking lot around 630 ish
stock 7 spoke SE, full aggressive kit, white front bumper, blue fenders, clear corner

then a dark blue or black hatch, full aggressive kit as well, with some sunk 17? 18? wheels on Golf and Higgins in Schaumburg as well around 645ish

i havent seen any 240s around as of late other than mine

i'm in the south suburbs of Chicago. Oak lawn area. In the area i have seen plenty recently. white piggy hatch driven by an old lady. red rusted piggy hatch in the villa park area. red dropped s14 in the home depot parking lot on southwest hwy and ridgeland. a black pig hatch dropped turbo, a dropped shark nose hatch with some deep dish wheels and a gray hatch driven by a girl in the moraine valley parking lot and plenty of others

im in lombard and i see a shitload of 240's. a couple from ams....

never see em.

Hey, I just moved to Round Lake Beach and I saw a 350z today with XD9s on it also a silver boosted hatch with blue/black super advans.

I was in Chicago today on 55 going west and I see a white vert. s13 front end, slammed with some nice offset wheels and camber. Then it comes up next to me and IT WAS A CHICK! I just stared in amazement at how bad ass she was. :D

back in the Chicago region again and spotted a Green Kouki S14 lowered, wheels, exhaust, on 83 just south of Plainfield rd.

Im in the schaumburg - mt. prospect area with a Black '97 Kouki...

Couple months ago I started spotting some cars:

Seen a slammed S13 with a body kit. seems to be comin in and out of a custom shop near my place.. last time i spotted it was all primed and sounds mean.

White S14 Kouki (front bumper and fenders were black) coming down Busse and we rode side by side down Higgins towards woodfield.

2 Tone S14 with body kit (red and black) going towards Oak Brook... Turbo, drop, rims, thing was nice.

South Chicago Suburbs here, and on my way home I spotted a s13 coupe, grey with gold painted stock 4 lug rims. Looked pretty clean from what I saw, maybe one messed up head light or something like that by the headlight. Anybody?
