found these pistons for a good price on craigslist, however the picture confuses me a little bit

i thought the stock bore on the ka was 89.00 mm, this says 86.5mm

the guy is telling me they are .2 over but it doesnt make sense to me. i cant find anything on it other than the part number pulling up 89.5 pistons on frpmotorsports.
