I live in fallbrook and i dont know anyone who is into drift except my one friend who has a FC. i am axious to meet other people. is it okay if i come even though im not a normal guy at these meets.

maybe since this is the day before DD7, if any1 is going, we could caravan up there, i know atleast me grant and one other person are going from san diego, prolly leave right after the meet, and since no1 has made a time yet, how is 6:30 pm friday the 25th for every1? its late enough so there isnt much traffic, but early enough so i dont get upto california speedway at like 4 in the morning. :)

ahh you guys have a good time, after comming from a BMW Canyon run, getting a ride in my friends heavily tuned e30 325is, i think ive changed my mind about what car im getting....even though ive been into 240's for allmost 2 years and studied alot about them, i have noticed the difference in handling and power a e30 BMW has...so you guys have a good time at the meet, ill be away in vancouver, and hopefully ill stop by youre guys' next meet when i get my e30...its been fun with the 240 talk! :boink:

I know this is off topic, but I was wondering if youcan tell me of shops I can go to in S.D. that have sr front clips, and also those that do swaps. I am in need of a empty clip and so far all I can find are those in bay area. I did find 1 in LA, but they want money for it. ie: empty clips as the motor and tranny with oall the motor swap parts have been taken. The rest is normally thrown away.

and saul, how are you gonna get a e30 when they dont come with airbags? your parents wouldnt even let you get a 240 without airbags, plus have fun paying for repairs :D i bet your e30 will leak about a quart of oil and powersteering fluid a month. and a week after you get all new gaskets, and new ps lines, they will start leaking again, lol. sorry, just ranting about how much bmw's suck from the mechanics side, and the owners wallet. dont get me wrong they are great fun cars, they jus **** fluid everywhere. guess thats the downside to the "ultimate driving machine"
