Factory power lock transplant?
 

How crazy difficult would it be to transplant factory power locks from a 98se to a base model 95 s14?

The actuator is mounted to the latch, just swap the entire latch or transfer the actuator over. Simple.

The rest is wiring. If you have the car to donate from you can swap both door harnesses, then just make a relay pack or use the SECU from the donor car and wire in the lock wiring only.
