R154 Input Shaft Removal?
 

This may sound like a dumb question, so forgive me if I'm an idiot, but I cannot for the life of me find a thread that explains how to remove the input shaft. I need it taken off so that I can have it machined. Ive got everything apart, both cases off the trans, just need someone who's done this to explain the last part. thanks a lot

I've never pulled apart a r154 only SR and KA trans.
