GT28 Turbo issues

I am trying to install my turbo back into my s13 silvia CA18DET and the AC line next to the turbo is no allowing the wastegate to clear so i can install the manifold. Any ideas on how to fix this.

Lol I figured it out, I removed the wastegate and installed the manifold and turbo, then I reattached the wastegate, but the fucken manifold won’t sit flush even after filing down parts. I reordered the manifold
