'95 KA24DE mated to a '90 KA24E tranny and computer????

Will a 1995 KA24DE swap into a 1990 240 hatch (OG was KA24E) and bolt up to the '90 5-speed tranny? And will all of the wiring harness and computer codes match up or are there some major differences between the two generations?
