I think this is a 255/35 on an 11.5" rim

Those SPTs stretch nice, I think I'm gonna try those tires next.

i used to have some wheelson my vw and they were 14x9 with a 195/45..the outher lip was totally exposed

For drifting yes. If you run them directionally in the rear, yes they're horrible. They peal like no other. Run them backwards and all is well with the world. For daily pimpin and picking up highschool hotties, they're just fine. :D

the higher the profile, the easier it is to get the sidewalls to flex to fit on the rim. my FNs had 205/40/17 on 10 inch rim when i bought them. it looked like the side walls were gonna bust its beads. not safe at all.
