1/4 full, to low, wayyyyy below low. talk about mpg..
 

well I know for sure my gauge had a bit more than 1/4 full and when I was driving home.. it way EMPTY.. and went WAYYY lower than EMPTY. when i parked it went up to empty again.(should be more than 1/4)

Now now. I've read some articles but its basically about cars staying full tank?(I wish..) but not below empty.

What can it be? I drive a 91 hatch with only low miles and i put 87 chevron/arco back to back.

I need help this is my semi daily

Its probably a malfunction float on the fuel pump assembly. Either switch it out with another or go by the mileage on your odometer.

Update: I drove the car today and it only went down for about half a tank but not below the empty line. I think I can drive like this because once i turn on the car its normal but drops after i drive for a while.... any more suggestions?

should i just replace it from an another car?
