Where to find a High mount intercooler

Other than the one PBM sells. Are there other places you can find these for sale? Is this style of intercooler called something other than "high mount" in other circles? V mount?

try "in bay mount intercooler" or "mid mount"

then make your own piping and brackets kit using common, universal sized/shaped intercoolers.

The typical intercooler core sold for s13's fits perfectly under the core support when you flip it upside down, right between the frame rails. Then you just make your own piping. Of course with popups it will be difficult to retain the headlight motors.

Post the final product here, ask people if they want it and get rich.

I will gladly buy piping kit that will allow my pop ups and AC function properly.

Can you weld aluminum?

The cost of having a proper welder make an intercooler far outweighs finding a premade mass production piece. And it turns out V-Mount got me in the right direction with everything I was looking for.
