Help identifying this hydro!
 

Hey guys. About 6 months ago, a buddy of mine came across this hydro E-brake, and since he had nothing to use it in, he just gave it to me. Ever since I've tried to look up the damn thing and I can't seem to find out anything about it. I know the brand is obviously Neal, and it's a dual piston master, but I cant figure out anything on how it works or anything. Someone have an idea?
