Cost to Install Fender flares?

Hey guys im just wondering the ballpark for a shop to install fender flares.

So far i got a quote fo 1400$ to

- Install all 4 Flares
- Remove and fix the Dented panel
- Repaint Dented panel
- Install Spoiler

Do you guys think this is somewhat reasonable?
