Fuel pump not priming
 

Before blowing my sr20 a little over a year ago I pulled the motor and have recently put together another SR. so I've got it all installed and went to turn it on and everything cranked but no start. There was a grounding issue off the starter so I fixed that after a couple fuses popped. FPR shows fuel, No spark though. I didnt hear the fuel pump prime. I hard wired it and still didnt turn on. I got a new one and still didnt turn on. anyone know what the issue might be?

I left the car completely the exact same way a year ago when the motor was pulled, didnt change a thing besides the turbo.

Any type of help would be greatful.
