Hayashi Racing H961R, CNC machined centers, three piece wheels, with center lock 5x114.3 adapters (same as Hayashi Interspeed and Impul center locks). I do not have the wrench kit or the safety locks for these. There are 8mm Hayashi spacers bolted to the front adapters, so there is some flexibility in the offset. Some curb rash on all 4, the worst is the 8.5" pictured last.

The safety locks aren't really needed if you check your wheels/car routinely. Pin drive, especially these, are not for the type of person who just jumps in a car and goes. However it's not impossible to fabricate some with the right reverse thread bolts.
Wrench kit was never a problem for me, I've got plenty of 3/4 drive ratchets and breaker bars.
