headlight adjustment issue
 

the drivers side screws are frozen, they wont budge and are beginning to strip my screw-heads. what would be the best way to remove them without harming my headlight assembly? ill be ordering a new set but i wanna make sure i can do it first, my headlights are angled toward oncoming traffic and well above the back bumper, into the rear view window of the people infront... asshole previous owner
