Yo I am just outside of stockton which is about 40mins south of Sac. If anyone in this area has a group or some 240s want to get together we should make it known that their is enough of us up here. No offence to the SoCals but I personaly think it is to far to drive for more then a few weekend (or longer) trips and I would like to see a group up here.

Does anyone know of some good places in norcal? I know their are some races on arch rd. but I also hear they are being shutdown and watch by c0ps. I can do without the c0ps so if you know of some places that are good or some autocross or tracks that can be rented or used for cheap then speak up.

I saw some people in brentwood, around tracy, and manteca.
Lets get organized because I want to see some of the lime light shared by us that socal currently has!!

i'm pretty far from sac i'm close to san jose. i probably wouldn't head past sf unless it was for mountain driving (some nice twisties north of sf across the golden gate).

I live in Sacramento. &nbsp;I'd be down for a meet if it wasn't all the way in Berkeley. &nbsp;I don't mind driving to San Fran but too much farther starts to be too much.

It is like about 1 hour for you ppl in San jose to get to SF but it is about 2 hours for us up in the Sac or Stockton area.

Vallejo is always a good place to meet, but then again I don't mind driving to S.F. &nbsp;The only problem with most of S.F is that it would be hard for us to all stick together. &nbsp;

LOL! Fremont would be awesome, since I live here. But it's actually not between SF and Sac. It's southeast of SF, I think. But there's a nice place to drive here: Calaveras Rd. Anyone been there? Honestly, Fremont probably wouldn't be a good place to have a meet because the cops around here really enjoy handing out tickets. Just a warning. :\

Edit: Okay the Mapquest link didn't work. If you go to Mapquest and look for Calaveras Rd / Milpitas, CA, and then zoom out a couple times, you should see this road out in the middle of nowhere with a whole lot of turns.

I'm from Fremont too, and like Danio said, it'd probably be the shittiest place for a meet. Danville/Pleasanton is a pretty cool place to meet too. They got some nice backroads that are in the cuts and not too many people. Calaveras Rd in Milpitas is nice too. Only problem there is that there's hella mountain bikers and joggers running on the road and it's not too wide. I'm down for a meet though.
