i've done some car-mounted footy in older vids, but i wasn't driving at this event so i was able to actually control it and move it around the car however i thought it would look cool.

It looked really cool super high above the car being able to see the car in front and behind. I love how the insta 360 has stability built into the editing program. The shots look great for hot having a gimbal.

How is the editing program that comes with the camera?

It's super easy, you pause the video at whatever point you want, steer the viewpoint, and save a key frame. It automatically flows from one key frame to the next and you have a few different flow behaviors to choose from.

This is the first 360 video work I've done but I reckon it's similar to other programs. They even have a phone app and you can churn out quick clips in a couple minutes.
