Hi i want to do clear side markers on my 91 240sx and was wondering how i can do this without shaving the body of my car?

There is actually a way, although I havent gotten around to to adding the 2nd method on the install page. It involves shaving the actuall sidemarker down instead of the panel. I dont know the exact procedure but Im sure its just shave the tops and bottom of the grey plastic of the sidemarker. Its trial and error so good luck. At least its cheap to screw up the 4$ sidemarker rather than the 300$ sidepanel. I will update the page tonight with the second method. Hope this helps!

What are prongs

The progs are the things that are there to let the peices fit together, and have them keep a tight fit. Kind of like a puzzle. You will see three prongs on the light connector, and 3 indents on the mercedes bulbs. They are dif sizes so you have to cut up one of the indents on the mercedes sidemarker.

This saturday im going to go to the mercedes dealership and buy some side makers i need ur help with telling me what to do.
