Is Blantons really that hard to find on the Mid West? We have plenty here in the greater Seattle area. Just depends what price you're willing to pay.

That?s what makes it hard to find. Sure you can get it, but you?re going to pay way over msrp. Which I?ve been willing do within reason. I?ve stumbled onto bottles in the wild, once in Fresno and the store owner wanted $200 which I promptly laughed at.

But if you?re saying you can get it for $60-$70 bucks all day let me know.

I have 3 bottles currently.

Prices swing wildly here ranging from $70 - $120. I have a relationship with a store that sells it to me for $76 out the door every time. I'm still deciding if its worth it. Most hyped up bourbons are overrated IMHO. Hell I'm not sure Weller Special Reserve was worth it at $43.

It?s a good daily drinker imo. What makes it not worth it is the mark up. If I could get it any time for msrp I?d definitely drink it more often.

I?m feeling a new whisky thread coming on. I?m up to about 21 or so bottles currently.

I would say I'm at about 25 or so bottles right now. I had about 40+ before Covid but the lock down saw be reaching in the liquor cabinet far to much.
