How to install adjustable cam gears into SR20

I've got a set of adjustable cam gears that I will be installing into my SR, have been looking through the forums and on the net but can't seem to find a tutorial or DIY guide for installation

Does anyone have a write up or guide to installing adjustable gears?

a lot of tech questions can be answered if you get the s14 sr20det manual. there is no reason to tell you step by step how to do it. its pretty much the same procedure on any car. if you dont know how to do it then maybe you need to research other sources or let someone that knows how to do it help you or do it for you. :)

Get a FSM and a basic knowledge of it

Just wondering how a FSM of a engine with stock gears (not adjustable) gives you information on how to set your adjustable cam gears?

i think that he just wanted to know how to install not tune.
