Need help hooking up rev limiter for s13 sr20
 

today i bought a "with racing rev limiter" it has a blue wire, yellow, green, black, and red. I hooked up everything except the blue wire, becasue I dont know where it goes. so i tried revving it, but it does nothing, does anyone know what the blue wire does?
