Friend needing admin help on resetting his password.
 

He has tried multiple times to reset his password by clicking the “forgot password” link. However, the said email does not get sent to his email(nor spam folder).
I have contacted an admin already but can’t seem to get it fixed. Is there any other admin that can reset his password?
