Slower than I want, cage in 2 weeks, then wiring, then fun parts, then DRIFT.

NissanFest is just around the corner...

Can't even drive because of cage requirement.

anyway, im pretty bummed i already missed 3 events. i'll spectate the May 5th one

I am not sure. I rarely visit NWN. I have been to all the open drift this year except last weekend.

Should come this weekend at least !!

i already planned on hitting up Nissanfest with the wifes vert.
not sure how much will actually happen since i come back on leave tomorrow.

I am not expecting much for Nissan Fest.. But Saturday will be blast !!!

Did anyone come to Evergreen last weekend???

I was at pro am and Nissan fest. Tried to help my buddy out at pro am and drove the Obnoxious loud v8 car doing the 3/8ths.

My clutch throwout bearing went out Sunday morning before I could make it out to NissanFest. (My new engine/clutch/trans install has less than probably 700 miles on it, so I was depressed about the failure, stayed home and pouted).

My best friend went and he said it was awesome. I think I really missed out.

I did Grassroots but I sucked !!!!

I am just ganna blame on the weather..

Practice run was wet/dry, Qualifying was Dry, Top 32 was complete WET !!!

I would love to try it but I am afraid if I did that I would wad up my car, and I have too much money into it to do that.

Well, you don't have to do the bank part. Come to Open drift and have some seat time.

Sounds great. I will have to check it out. I only live a few miles away in Woodinville, and my car is ready to run. The only thing it doesn't have is a cage, but I wouldn't be doing tandem on an open drift day ;)

BTW I have a S14 valve cover for sale. In case if you want to make S13.4 one your self.

There are a few on the market, but I am hoping a used S13.4 valve cover comes up because the cost of the S13 cover, S14 cover and $250 labor on top to combine them is too much.

Thought you would already have S13 valve cover already.

yup but it is a pretty powdercoated one, and the process takes a couple weeks of which my car would be down and it is my daily driver (I know--people say I am crazy to daily drive a heavily built S13 every day).

I suppose I could do it while travelling for business; I am out of the country on business about 2 weeks out of every 2 months now.
