Dipstick issues
So my dipstick keeps shootin oil out at high rpms , i just installed a new pcv my old one was black n filled wit oil tar . Took car for test run n dipstick still shoots oil at high rpm . The o ring on my dipstick is doodoo lol smh ; so maybe that the problem ? ; but my car still feels like it is hesitating when it spools .
Suggestions pleaseee , Thank You in advanced . |
Sounds like you are building up to much pressure in your crankcase. I would check the compression and perform a leakdown test to see if you have an excessive amount of blowby.

With google... Do some research, no one is going to hold your hand.

You can check the compression with compression tester gauge which you can typically rent from Autozone.
Compression Tester Gauge | AutoZone.com The leak down tester is similar in looks but you will need a air compressor. Instead of me typing it all out here is a link that will explain it. Leak-down tester - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia |

take it to a shop, get the leak down test done. It should tell you if you have bad rings or so. The dipstick shouldn't shoot out regardless of the o ring. The oil ring is basically there to keep crap from getting in...not to keep it from shooting out the guide.

If you know anything about SRs, you'll know that SRs have blow by. LOTS of it. Even with a PERFECT engine making 500+HP.
Is your crankcase ventilation set up properly? |
How many test r there ..? I know mad questions my bad lol

Leak down is more accurate.

Then off the T on the driver side, rear goes to the black catch can, and the front goes to your intake pipe. The PCV is for vacuum, but it closes under boost, that's when the intake pipe takes over and uses that to evacuate the pressure. |
