Boostlogic's stock body GT5591R supra just did 229.7 in the standing mile.

It would have done more if It could have gone over 35lbs and there wasn't a cross wind.

Only thing, and I mean only thing, about that car that bugs me is that it still has a Supra hood. Somehow that's disappointing, I don't know why.

Anyhow, 222mph is pretty impressive to me, even if there are faster cars. Getting into that 200mph+ club is nothing to sniff at

Most shops I visit cannot do a swap like that. The ones I have been to, that can do a swap like that, and actually make it work is few and far between.

smokey's a thug for life! but yeah, i expected more from this car; not 222mph. pretty sure it can get up to the high 200's though.

you figure using the v-12 out of the century. who knew the motor could do any of that. had it been another 2J build it wouldn't be such a big deal. nice to know his kits are aero tested. I notice all his builds could still be used as commuters if need be. The boostlogic supra i hardly doubt could be daily-driven.

All of Smokey's cars are weekend driven on the Tokyo expressway and tested at Tsukaba Circuit. What bugs me is Smokey took the Japanese route instead of doing things the right way.

I'm guessing Germany. It's an impressive swap but it does look pretty bad. And worst of all the video was lame because the driver wasn't showing what the car's got.

Smokey took the car to Italy for their top speed course. He was talking about it in the Option DVD that featured the car.
