Part number for T28 Turbo
 

I picked this turbo up for free off my friend, I want to take it somewhere to be rebuilt but I cant tell whether this is a ball bearing t28, I tried searching but could not find anything. I know for sure its a T28, the front reads Garret A/R60 M24 1-1. The serial number in between the turbo reads as follows

WJ 1656J
14411-69F00
466541-1
