I have a used TRUST / GREDDY oil pan for sr20det
It had a crack in the bottom, but was repaired by Brian Wilkerson from MA (Mid Atlantic Mortorsports, the shop that builds and maintains all of Chris Forsbergs FormulaD cars)

I used it for at least 5 years with zero issues. It has been Media blasted and cleaned.
Hardware is included.

UPDATE

I had a buyer lined up, went to meet up with him to deliver it. He asked if we could fill it with water to test the integrity of the welds on the repair. I said sure. Long story short, the welds on the bottom are fine but we found one small area on one of the fins that was seeping. Can't even see a crack or a pinhole, but you could see that a droplet was forming. Anyways, I took it to work, ground the area, and welded over it.

Welded, then Filled with water and let it sit for an hour

Are you certain there's no media left in it from the cleaning? Last time my friend media blasted his we could not get all the media out no matter how many times we rinsed it, ended up having to get a new one.

I've cleaned it in our shop hot tank, and I don't see any residue or media left behind.
