interior fan problems
 

so the interior fans on my s13 only work when i put them on full blast, they dont turn on at all when switch the lever to settings 1,2 and 3. They only turn on when it goes to setting 4 and then its blowing at full power.

Any idea what would cause this?

i also removed the a/c box behind the glove box so right now its just blowing into the passenger foot well, looking for the heater duct to connect it back again atm, would that do anything?

Blower motor resister is bad.
