car runs a little rough
 

i just got my car all back together. the o2 sensor wire used to be grounded to the block, i got a new sensor timed the dist again, it has a hard time getting from about 1500-2500 rpms but everything after that is smooth. can anyone give me any input as to what would be causing this?

what was taken apart? check vacume lines.
