Lower alternator/starter harness trouble
 

Im putting a redtop into my s13 and I went to plug in the plugs on the tranny but there are 4 plugs and only 2 places to plug them into on the lower harness and there are only 2 plugs on the lower harness from the front clip. Aren't I supposed to use the lower harness that is already on my car? I'm so confused right now. please tell me I did something reterded and don't have to do any more wiring.
