Swapped ECU... and no AC
 

I have a 98 S14 that was converted to manual from Auto. I finally found myself a WM manual ECU so I swapped it. Check engine went away but now my AC compressor is not turning on.... does this mean my ECU is no good? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!!
