Tein Outer Tie Rod End boot torn. replace boot?

So on my daily s13, I have tein inner and outers.
On one side, the outer boot is torn and these things are less than 1 year old.

Can I just replace the boot (Moog or something..)
..or do I need to replace the whole outer tie rod?

You can just replace the boot. Did the same on mine.

Wait, outter boot? You talking about the tie rod ends? Just buy new outters...
