I'm in Cali now. Moved here 4 years ago. I go back up home and visit about once a year tho.
Do you already have your SR or are you going to get one? If you've got any parts you want/need someone to send you from down here, I'd be more than happy to do so. |
That would be awesome. I do not have my SR yet still doing my research. I have met a couple guys up here who have already done their swaps who said that they can get me an engine fairly cheap so we will see. My project is long term so I am not in any hurry. It took me a long time to find a suitable low mile 240 so I am trying to take my time and do it right. Seems like Alaska only got a handful there are very few driving around. I almost went out of state to find one.
Not to mention I have absolutely zero experience working on cars but I want to do all the work on my car myself. I am doing the simple mods first to gain more experience/aquire more tools/gain more confidence and it seems to be working. I would love to pick your brain about what you have done and get any advice you might have. :bow: |

i drive that gray primered looking s13 hatch i dont know if you have seen it around. its painted black now though. only ran a [email protected] last year at akrp. you should see me out there next season on my new setup. i usually go on wed night t&t

first day of Alaska Raceway park is next saturday the 9th... hopefully my 240 will be ready by then and i can make it either 9th or 10th. if not ill be taking my civic hunting for high 12's n/a in it.

Sold my backtop SR hatchback and came to alaska! just moved here about 2 months ago! and looking for another NISMO baby to work on! found a few but rusted, crashed and automatic! don't mind automatic but dont wanna spend more to make it stick! need help! lol but yeah was from So Cal now in alaska.
